This video will take you to a journey into Mounts Timpoong-Hibokhibok Natural Monument, a key biodiversity area spanning 2,203 hectares in central and western Camiguin.
Timpoong-Hibokhibok is the country’s 8th ASEAN Heritage Park and is highlighted in the Year of the Protected Areas (YoPA) campaign that encourages sustainable ecotourism activities to help conserve the Philippines’ protected areas.
YoPA is a campaign of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the Department of Tourism (DOT), the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), and the Biodiversity Finance Initiative (BIOFIN) of UNDP Philippines.
