Walk down a 2-km stretch of coconut tree-lined coast, feet sinking into the sand as the waves lap at your ankles. There’s hardly a person in sight, except for a few playing children. As you trod along, the terrain underneath you becomes more rocky and rough. You’ve reached the northernmost point of Luzon, discovering the desolate beauty of the true north, standing in the majestic embrace of the West Philippine Sea.

Recorded using Ambisonics, this 360-degree immersive sound video captures audio in a 360- degree sphere from the position of the microphone. For best listening results, put on a pair of open back headphones, but any headphones or even earbuds will work.
